Our services include, but are not limited to:

Internal Demolitions

Usually carried out for the refurbishment and/or alterations to a building.

Strip Out

This will involve the removal of loose items, fixtures & fixings, floor coverings, suspended ceilings, etc.

Structural Alterations

This is usually when a load-bearing wall has to be removed to alter the layout of a building.

M&E Removal

This is the removal of any mechanical or electrical equipment, from a radiator to a high rise lift.

Hot Works

When dismantling is not possible, oxy/propane cutting equipment  is used to remove steel work or items of M & E.

Plant & Machinery Dismantling

The removal of larger items of equipment from factories, plant rooms, roofs etc.
